Connector damage of cylinder 3 2. Wiring harness discontinuity of cylinder 3 CE lamp ON Performance deterioration on vehicle. Vehicle starts with abnormal noise and vibration. Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at key on (min 11 V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Switch off the ignition. Wait for ten seconds. Check the injector connection. Connect it properly again. The problem should vanish after the reconnection; If still problem persists identify the defective part and perform the necessary repairs Proper connection Step 2 Check ECU Connection: 1] Key off. 2] Remove the ECU Connector. 3] Connect ECU connector Properly. 4] Key on and Read the faults Step 3 1] Check the continuity. Check electrical open circuit 2] Check for electrical short circuit 3] Check for any Terminal back out in Injector or connector pins. If any electrical isolation is found replace the wiring harness and check for the fault. 4) If the problem still persists. Replace the Injector and check if the problem is solved No terminal back out Step 4 Check Battery supply to ECU. Check all fuses are OK. Step 5 If the problem still persists.
