Clogging of DPF 1.CE Lamp will glow 2. Increase in oil level 3. Mileage deterioration Checkpoints: Check sensor Voltages for Differential pressure and catalyst temperature sensors. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check connector of DP sensor and catalyst temperature sensor are connected properly Remove and connect again Step 2 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3 and ECU pins A57, A49, A45 respectively and for catalyst temperature sensors. Check the continuity between the sensor and ECU Step 3 Check the ECU connector is connected properly Connect the ECU connector properly Step 4 Check the sensors physically Physical check Step 5 If the problem persists, replace faulty sensor - Step 6 Check air path leakage Physical check Step 7 Check actuator connections whether working correctly for VGT, Throttle and EGR Physical check Step 8 Clogged filter Service regeneration.
