Soot value calculated from Delta pressure sensor is very high 2. Clogging of DPF 3. Vehicle not driven in suitable condition. 1.CE Lamp will glow 2. Vehicle performance deterioration Checkpoints: Check sensor Voltages for Differential pressure. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 If vehicle is not driven in suitable condition, DPF filter will be overloaded Service regeneration Step 2 Check connector of DP sensor are connected properly Remove and connect again Step 3 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3 and ECU pins A57, A49, A45 respectively and for catalyst temperature sensors. Check the continuity between the sensor and ECU Step 4 Check the ECU connector is connected properly Connect the ECU connector properly Step 5 Check the sensors physically Physical check Step 6 Check air path leakage Physical check Step 7 Check actuator connections for VGT, Throttle and EGR Physical check Step 8 If the problem persists, replace the sensor - Circuit Schematic Diagram:
