Its sole purpose in life is to protect the converter from damage due to excessive heat. Overview: Code Cause Effect on Vehicle Fault Code: P0545- 00 1.Check for loose or corroded connectors or terminals, which is often the case 2. Broken wires or missing insulation may be causing a short directly to ground 3. The sensor may have failed 4. ECU 1.
