Water or corrosion in the connector 2. Loose terminals in the connector 3. Wiring burnt on exhaust components 4. Open or short in the wiring due to rubbing on engine components 5. Holes in exhaust allowing unmetered oxygen into exhaust system 6. Unmetered vacuum leak at the engine 7. Bad o2 sensor 8. Bad PCM 1. MIL illumination 2. Engine runs rough, missing or stumbling 3. Blows black smoke from tail pipe 4. Engine dies 5.
