If not, confirm that vehicle starting issue is not related to Immobilizer.  Check whether the ignition is turned On with correct transponder key.  Read Immo status from the diagnostic tool, Immo status shall be – ‘Authentication between EMS and IMMO failed / Bad authentication’ && Engine starting disabled by EMS. If Immo status is not as above, then vehicle not starting issue is not related to Immobilizer Trouble Shooting: Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 Give a battery reset to EMS and IMMO and give a Power latch of 15 secs and then Turn ON ignition. Problem resolved? Confirm that issue resolved and handover vehicle back to customer. Go to next step 2 Perform the Immo pairing using the diagnostic tool. Immo pairing successful? Go to next step Check whether the CAN Communication is healthy. If Yes, replace Immo / EMS and perform the Immo pairing. DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer):  After the DTC clearing, vehicle should start, no error in immobilizer & Immo telltale off.
