Check whether the CAN bus is Off. If yes, rectify the CAN bus fault. Check whether the immobilizer unit is damaged. Trouble Shooting: Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Ensure that Immo is connected in the vehicle and it is receiving power supply. Fault rectified? Confirm that fault is rectified. Go to Next step 2 Check whether CAN bus is off / Error passive Rectify the CAN wiring issues, Go to Next step 3 Fault Still persists Call Hot line Confirm that fault is rectified. DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer): After the DTC clearing, vehicle should be start & no error in immobilizer. Immo telltale on Instrument cluster shall be off.
