Loss of communication between HVAC Module and EMS ECU Normal Operating Condition Proper Can communication between FATC and EMS ECU Probable Trouble Area CAN Connections between FATC and CAN network Healing Condition EMS receiving CAN signals from FATC Component Details: EMS ECU receives the AC request input from FATC controller through CAN signal. Preliminary Checks: Check whether the customer voice / view about the issue is matching with the fault effects mentioned above. If yes, go ahead with next steps. If not, check for other DTC’s presence. Check whether similar complaints are earlier reported. If yes, perform the preliminary checks with respect to earlier issue closure.
