Keep Ignition OFF. b. Turn Ignition OFF-ON. c. Reset BCM using 11 01service. Wait for one sec after BCM reset. d. Go to extended session & Get the security access for the BCM ECU using service tool. (Note: Security Sub-function – security access type 07/08 shall be used) e. Read the VC number from DID 7235 from IPC. f. If following any one of the VC number is matched, then go to next step. Else END the BCM flashing procedure. a. Bolt SDE (Domestic) i. VC number : - 54270424R (XE Commercial) b. Zest SDE (Domestic) i. VC number : - 54222124R (XE Commercial) ii. VC number : - 54221324R (XMS) iii. VC number : - 54220124R (XT) iv. VC number : - 54220424R (XTA) g. Read the BCM ECU Parameterization Software Number from DID 7244 (From BCM ECU). h. Read the BCM ECU Assembly Number from DID 7234 (From BCM ECU). i. If the BCM ECU Assembly Number is for old vehicles (Any one of the value as 543816212006 Base BCM (XE/XMS), 542716211204 MID BCM (XT/XTA)), then flash the latest software linked with that container. The latest BCM s/w as of now for old container number is SW_17_27_0300. j. Confirm and Read BCM S/W number from DID F181. If the BCM ECU Assembly Number is new vehicles (Any one of the value as 542416211204 Base BCM (XE/XMS), 542416211203 MID BCM (XT/XTA)), then flash the latest software linked with that container. The latest BCM s/w as of now for new container number is SW_19_27_0300 n. Confirm and Read BCM S/W number from DID F181.
