Don’t put any object/any material or hand any into the path of GPA movement Always try to keep sunroof ASM in covered condition when not in use. Always try to handle Sunroof ASM smoothly. Sunroof ASM kept in open condition causes, dust on glass surface which gives poor aesthetic, also dust in guide rail channel area may leads to breakdown of mechanism. Don’t handle Sunroof ASM inappropriate way which may leads to bend/damage of its sub ASM . Replace the Sunroof GPA/GPB screw once removed fully from the GPA/GPB ASM Don’t reuse the completely removed Sunroof GPA/GPB screw After fitment of sunroof on vehicle/ After GPA movement/After GPA removing/After Sunroof Removing do the Re-Initialization & Teach of sunroof Don’t release the Sunroof vehicle without ReInitialization & Teach After fitment of sunroof on vehicle/ After GPA movement/After GPA removing/After Sunroof Removing Apply 7 N/m torque on GPA/GPB screw during GPA fitment Don’t apply torque out of 7 N/m on GPA/GPB screw fitment Apply 8 - 10 N/m torque on Sunroof during Sunroof fitment BIW.
