8. ROLLER BLIND ASM REMOVAL 1.Remove the SEAL ACOUSTIC. (Refer Removal procedure of seal acoustic as mentioned above) 2. Remove the GLASS ASSY A (GPA). 3. Remove the GLASS ASSY B (GPB). 4. Remove the ROOF ASSY, OUTER SLIDING without GLASS ASSY A & B (GPA &GPB). 5. Lock ROLL BLIND ASM rotation by put locking pin dia 1.1mm in hole of bushing as shown. 6. Follow the below procedure to unsnap of ROLL BLIND ASM CROSS BAR from FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM DRIVE CABLE RBL. a). Press ROLL BLIND ASM CROSS BAR back side to front side of vehicle as shown section cut AA at both side. b). Twist ROLL BLIND ASM CROSS BAR as shown section cut A-A at both side & remove ROLL BLIND ASM CROSS BAR from FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM DRIVE CABLE RBL. c) Remove ROLL BLIND ASM plastic strip from from FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM guide rail & Roll the ROLL BLIND ASM. d) Press & unsnap of ROLL BLIND ASM CROSS BAR from FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM as shown below. ASSEMBLY For Assembly, Follow the reverse procedure of removal. 1. Snap ROLL BLIND ASM CROSS BAR on FRAME FUNCTIONAL ASM. 2. Align and guiding of plastic strip to cross member c & guide rail as shown below. 3. After assembly roll blind asm remove locking from assembly roll blind Asm. 4. Initialize ROOF ASSY, OUETR SLIDING. (Refer Re-initializing & Teach Procedure mentioned above) CAUTION No Dirt or no stains on ROLL BLIND ASM and No Missing Assembly of ROLL BLIND ASM BODY 22
