Vehicle stops when LV battery is completely drained Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition 1. Input DC voltage≥475V, last for 2 seconds Or Input DC voltage≤10V, last for 2 seconds 2. Receive DCDC enable command = Enable All of the conditions are true. Normal Operating Condition When DCDC Enable command equal 0x1(Enable): Input DC voltage is in [200V,450V] Probable Trouble Area 1. The DC/DC internal input voltage detection circuit is open; 2. The DC/DC internal input voltage detection circuit is shortcircuited; 3. The voltage sensor in the DC/DC internal input voltage detection loop or the components in the loop are damaged. Healing Condition Ignition OFF wait till VCU sleeps & Ignition ON Write up for the related system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
