P3057 - 92: -Power line communication chip deactivation is failed after charge session - erratic Overview: ISO Code P3057 - 92 Customer Symptom Vehicle would not go into charging mode in fast charging Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable and slow charging is possible but DC Fast charging will not happen. Lamp Status (If Any) Vehicle charging symbol is not seen when fast charging gun is plugged in vehicle charging inlet socket. HV critical alert is blinking on cluster Fault Detection Condition Power line communication chip deactivation has failed after charge session Normal Operating Condition Power line communication chip deactivation occurs after charge session Probable Trouble Area CP line connection wiring Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: PLC Communication chip is part of EVCU which act as receiver and transmitter of PLC Communication. Preliminary Checks: NA Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Remove LV battery connection, Recouple EVCU connectors Try Fast Charging and Check for reoccurrence of fault code P3057-92 using TML diagnostic tool. Go to Step 2 2. Check Continuity between EVCU's Check continuity between EVCU's supply pin C776A-4,5,6 and battery positive terminal Problem is in EVCU. Action: Problem is in wiring harness between
