P305C - 73: - CCS DC Fast Charging - S2 switch - actuator stuck closed Overview: ISO Code P305C - 73 Customer Symptom Charging gun cannot be unplugged from the vehicle Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is not drivable since charging gun lock error detected but charging is possible. Lamp Status (If Any) Vehicle charging symbol is seen since charging gun is plugged in vehicle charging inlet socket Fault Detection Condition Charging gun locked actuator remains closed when given open command Normal Operating Condition Charging gun lock actuator opens when commanded it to open Probable Trouble Area Charging gun lock actuator Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: Charging gun lock actuator is used to lock the charging gun into inlet. Preliminary Checks: Check physically if anything obstructing movement of the actuator pin. Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin and EVCU positive pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin C448-4 and EVCU side positive pin C776B67 Go to step 2 Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU positive pins Action: Repair harness 2. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock negative pin and EVCU negative pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock negative pin C448-1 and EVCU side negative pin C776B88 Problem is in Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock Action: Replace Actuator and try Fast Charging again Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU negative pins Action: Repair harness
