P305D - 29: - Charging- Gun Lock Pin Moved Beyond Closed Position - signal invalid Overview: ISO Code P305D - 29 Customer Symptom Charging session stopped since Charging gun lock error detected on the vehicle. Charging will be disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable but charging is not possible. Lamp Status (If Any) Vehicle charging symbol is not seen even though charging gun is plugged in vehicle charging inlet socket Fault Detection Condition Charging gun locked actuator did not close properly Normal Operating Condition Charging gun lock actuator is closed properly Probable Trouble Area Charging gun locked actuator Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: Charging gun lock actuator is used to lock the charging gun into inlet. Preliminary Checks: Check physically if anything obstructing movement of the actuator pin. Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin and EVCU positive pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin C448-4 and EVCU side positive pin C776B67 Go to step 2 Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU positive pins Action: Repair harness 2. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock negative pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock negative pin C448-1 Problem is in Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock Action: Replace Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU
