Check for continuity between Charging gun lock position feedback sensor and EVCU Check for continuity between Charging gun lock position feedback sensor ground and signal pins C448-2, C448-3 and respective EVCU side pins C776A-32, C776A-44 Problem is in Charging Gun Lock position feedback sensor Action: Replace Sensor and Go to step 3 Problem is in wiring harness between Charging gun lock position feedback sensor and EVCU Action: Repair harness 3. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin and EVCU positive pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin C448-4 and EVCU side positive pin C776B-67 Go to step 4 Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU positive pins Action: Repair harness 4. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock negative pin and EVCU negative pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock negative pin C448-1 and EVCU side negative pin C776B-88 Problem is in Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock Action: Replace Actuator and try Fast Charging again Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU negative pins Action: Repair harness DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, read DTC using TML diagnostic tool and Clear the DTC Ensure no DTC is in defect/confirmed state before handing over to customer Circuit Schematic Diagram:
