Check for continuity between Inlet temperature DC negative bus sensor and EVCU Check for continuity between Charging gun inlet temperature DC negative sensor ground and signal pins C448A-3, C448A-2 and respective EVCU side signal pins C776A-15, C776A-51 Problem is in Charging Gun Inlet Temperature Sensor Action: Replace Sensor and try Fast Charging again Problem is in wiring harness between Charging gun inlet temperature DC negative bus sensor and EVCU Action: Repair harness DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, read DTC using TML diagnostic tool and Clear the DTC Ensure no DTC is in defect/confirmed state before handing over to customer Circuit Schematic Diagram: Component Location: - Vehicle charging inlet, DC Fast charging socket of vehicle.
