Gun Lock actuator H Bridge +ve /A67line short circuit to battery detected Normal Operating Condition Charging will happen Probable Trouble Area LV wiring of Charging gun lock actuator Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: Charging gun lock actuator is used to lock the charging gun into inlet. Preliminary Checks: Check physically if anything obstructing movement of the actuator pin. Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1. Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin and EVCU positive pin Check for continuity between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock positive pin C448-4 and EVCU side positive pin C776B67 Go to step 2 Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Inlet Motor Lock and EVCU positive pins Action: Repair harness 2.
