Normal Operating Condition Charging will happen Probable Trouble Area CP line connection wiring Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: CP is most important communication cable between vehicle and station Preliminary Checks: NA Trouble Shooting: - 1. Check for continuity between Vehicle Charging gun inlet and EVCU Check for continuity between Vehicle charging gun inlet CP pin C448A-6 and EVCU CP pin C776B-98 Problem is in EVCU. Action: Replace EVCU and try Fast Charging Problem is in wiring harness between Vehicle Charging gun inlet and EVCU Action: Repair harness DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, read DTC using TML diagnostic tool and Clear the DTC Ensure no DTC is in defect/confirmed state before handing over to customer
