Check for the problem related to harness connecting Accelerator pedal sensor and VCU Check if there is damage/short in harness/pin between VCU connector C776A- Pin 59, C776A- Pin 8 and Accelerator pedal sensor side LV connector C295 – Pin 1 and C295- Pin 5 (Refer schematic for details) Problem is in connector/ harness. Action: Repair harness Problem in VCU DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to the customer. Circuit Schematic Diagram:
