This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 6 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connector’s pin CAN H and CAN L Problem is in BMS to VCU wiring harness inline connectors Action: Change BMS to VCU inline wiring harness No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 7 7 Remove the LV connector of VECU Check if there is continuity between VECU side connector pin CAN H and CAN L Check for damage in VECU connector Action: Replace VECU side connector No problem in VECU side LV connector Go to step 8. 8 Remove the LV connector of VECU Check if there is continuity between pin CAN H and CAN L of VECU Check for damage in VECU pin Action: Replace VECU DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool.
