P308C - 1A: - Isolation resistance value received from BMS over CAN-circuit resistance below threshold ISO Code P308C – 1A Customer Symptom Vehicle will not be drivable as HV Battery pack is disconnected. Air conditioning and charging will not happen. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Vehicle will not be drivable. If vehicle is in running condition, it will go from Drive/sports/reverse to Neutral. Air conditioning and charging will not happen. Vehicle will not crank in the next Ignition cycle if this error is in confirmed state Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical lamp Blinking Fault Detection Condition HV Battery pack isolation resistance has fallen below desired value Normal Operating Condition Battery pack will be functional HV Battery pack isolation resistance is within the desired range Probable Trouble Area HV cables, HV Battery, HV connectors, power train components Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory Component Details: Isolation resistance value is received from BMS over CAN to VECU. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check for any damage to HV cables of the HV battery and other components 2. Check for HV connector damage of the HV battery 3. Refer to DTC ID: P1231-1A of BMS Troubleshooting document for details.
