Description Check Point if YES if NO 1 Connect the Charging Gun & switch ON the AC supply. Check for the fault code. Fault code P19D019, is present? Go to step 2 Repair complete 2 Change the charging gun and charge the vehicle. Fault code P19D019, is present Go to Step 3 Go to Step 1 3 Remove the OBC AC input connector. Check for short of Phase &Neutral, Phase &Earth, Earth & Neutral pins between OBC AC input connector and Vehicle inlet (socket) Is there continuity b/w Phase &Neutral, Phase &Earth, Earth & Neutral pins? Record Local Snapshot of DTC. Replace 3in1 combo unit Replace the wiring harness from vehicle Inlet to 3in1 combo AC input DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator lamp on the cluster.
