Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 P19D123:- OBC battery side hardware over voltage fault Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P19D123 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.HV side DC voltage>540V 2. OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) All of above conditions are true. Normal Operating Condition when VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): HV side DC voltage<450 Probable Trouble Area 1. The power battery voltage is abnormal; 2. Abnormal connection between OBC output and power battery; 3. The output voltage is abnormal due to damage to OBC. 4.Voltage Sensor error in OBC Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
