Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 P19D116:- OBC Battery side under voltage fault Overview:- ISO Code (If applicable) P19D116 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1. HV side DC voltage<190±5VDC 2. OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) All of above conditions are true. Normal Operating Condition when VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): HV side DC voltage≥200±5VDC, last for 100ms, and OBC is not in fault status. When VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x1(standby): if not escalates to unrecoverable fault, clear fault and DTC status ,irrespective of the parameter value. Probable Trouble Area 1. Output short circuit or overload 2. The power battery voltage is abnormal; 3. The OBC output voltage detection circuit is abnormal; 4. The connection between OBC output and power battery is abnormal; 5. OBC damage causes abnormal output voltage; 6. The power battery high voltage relay fails. Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
