Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 P19D119:- OBC battery side over current fault Overview:- ISO Code (If applicable) P19D119 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.HV side DC current>24*1.15A, last for 500ms 2. OBC has received command VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK) All of above conditions are true. Normal Operating Condition when VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): Charge/Power Mode: HV side DC current<3A, last for 100ms, and OBC is not in fault status. When VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x1(standby): if not escalates to unrecoverable fault, clear fault and DTC status ,irrespective of the parameter value. Probable Trouble Area 1. Abnormal battery or short circuit of high voltage circuit; 2. OBC hardware is damaged; 3. The OBC output current detection circuit is abnormal Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1(DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit) is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
