Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 P19D24B:- OBC Over temperature deration Overview:- ISO Code (If applicable) P19D24B Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if If the internal temperature of OBC is greater than 128℃ Normal Operating Condition If the internal temperature of OBC is less than 128℃ Probable Trouble Area 1. The cooling system is abnormal, such as the fan of the air cooling system is not working or the water cooling system is working abnormally 2. The OBC internal temperature detection circuit is abnormal. 3. Vehicle water circulation system failure 4. High coolant temperature Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1(DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit) is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
