Kangar 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 11-11-2021 Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram for diagnosing the Fault: 1. Read the DTC’s using the Tata Diagnostic Tool and check whether Fault Code P308D-01 is in Confirmed or Memorized state. A. If DTC is in Confirmed state: i. Save the freeze frame data and DTC. ii. Switch OFF the Vehicle. After 2 min MCU goes off. Now, Switch ON and Crank the vehicle. iii. Read the DTC’s again using tool. If DTC is still in Confirmed State, Contact the authorized dealer &replace the E-drive. iv. If in Memorized state, go to step B. B. If DTC is in Memorized state: i. Send the clear DTC command using tool. If DTC’s are not cleared, Step 1: Send the request again and check. Step 2: Check MCU is responding or not. Check LV supply connection. ii. If DTC is cleared, Switch OFF the Vehicle. After 2 min MCU goes off. Now, Switch ON and Crank the vehicle. iii. Read the DTC’s again using tool. If DTC is in confirmed state, Save the freeze frame data & DTC and Contact the authorized dealer &replace the E-drive. But, if DTC is not present, Repair is complete. Conditions/Points to be Checked after Repair:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring E-drive parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. After cranking the vehicle, check the following using DID:- HV voltage (0x0513):- whether it is in the range. State of E-Drive (0x0514):- 1) 3 for N mode 2) 4 for D, S, R mode. Torque while driving the vehicle (0x0511).
