Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s Turn Ignition OFF & ON Verify If DTC B194A - 15 is present Is DTC B194A-15 is Present? Check for Steering wheel switch functionality. Intermittent Problem Exist Refer the intermittent problem inspection procedure. Is Steering wheel switch shorted to Batt or Open? Steering wheel Switch is shorted to Batt or Open circuited. Rectify Fault at wiring Harness to recover the fault. Clear the DTC & verify the function of Steering wheel switch. Clear the DTC from the ECU memory. Turn Ignition OFF & ON. Check the function of Steering wheel switch. YES NO YES NO Stop
