U1604 – 55:- Control Module Configuration - not configured Overview:- ISO Code U1604 – 55 Customer Symptom IPC Malfunctions Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Cluster will be Malfunctions Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition NA Normal Operating Condition IPC shall work normally in the operating voltage range of: 8V to 16V (Tolerance ± 0.2V). Probable Trouble Area ECU not Configured (Incorrect EOL/service procedure) Healing Condition N/A Component Details:- N/A Preliminary Checks:- N/A Trouble Shooting:- Configure ECU With Correct Configuration File Replace the ECU 1. Clear the DTC from the memory 2. Turn the ignition switch off and again turn it on without cranking the vehicle. 3. Check for DTCs Is DTC Present? Yes Stop No Is DTC Present? Yes No Stop 1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool. 2. Turn the Ignition ON 3. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) 4. Record the DTC & Clear 5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON 6. Verify If U1604 – 55 is present
