Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Default steering assistance, VCU will go into default mode, ABS degraded functionality, SRS degraded functionality Lamp Status (If Any) EPAS lamp ON , ABS Lamp ON,SRS Lamp ON Fault Detection Condition Open circuit of the both CAN_H (connector pin no.22) and CAN_L(connector pin no.23), only CANH, only CANL Normal Operating Condition ECU communicates properly with all ECUs. Probable Trouble Area CAN_H and CAN_L wires Healing Condition Reconnection of the CAN_H ( connector pin No.22) and CAN_L(connector pin no.23)with the main CAN bus U0028-88:- Vehicle Communication Bus A-Bus off Overview:- ISO Code U0028-88 Customer Symptom Airbag TT ON,EPAS TT ON,ABS TT ON, Seat Belt Co-driver TT ON, Park Brake TT ON, Battery High and Motor High Temp TT ON, Zero Charge TT ON, HV critical TT ON, EV Limp Home TT ON, LV charge battery TT ON. Probable Trouble Area CAN_H and CAN_L wires Healing Condition Removal of the above mentioned shorts/open in the wiring harness or at ECU pin.
