Step 1: Make the IGN ON. Note down the value of Odometer in IPC. Step 2: Re-Flash From USB A) Pre-Condition 1. Ensure USB has a valid software flash file in root folder & flash file should be in supported format and with the supported USB with device memory within 16 GB. 2. Ensure that IGN status is in ON condition and vehicle battery is in good condition 10V-16V. B) Procedure 1. Insert USB in to USB location provided on the rear side of Instrument Cluster. 2. IC will Auto detect the USB & display USB device detected as line 1 and sw Package Validation is in progress in line 2. 3. Once sw validation gets competed IPC will display sw Package Validation successful as line1 and Turn IGN Off to proceed flashing as line 2. 4. Turn Off the IGN. 5. IPC will display SOFTWARE UPDATE screen with current sw version XXX.XX.XX and if want to flash new SW , we need to select “YES” option using Steering Wheel Switches.
