Whenever the Software update is interrupted, Instrument Cluster will ensure failsafe mechanism such that Instrument Cluster will prompt user to Re-Flash again. 5. When USB is removed during Re-Flash, IC will show a non-interactive popup to user to insert USB again and resumes the software update process automatically if USB is inserted again. In this case software Re-Flash will start from beginning. 6. Instrument Cluster will ensure Software Update is not initiated in IGN ON state (Prompt user to turn IGN OFF to initiate Re-Flash). During Re-Flash, if user turn ON IGN, then SW update will not get interrupted. Same way during Re-Flash, Instrument Cluster will ignore all triggers which makes Instrument cluster to enter into other states of Power Modes (e.g. when Driver door open or Key In etc., & IC will not enter into wakeup Mode). However during entire process of software ReFlash always text message like “Do NOT TURN ON IGN” will be displayed. 7. SW Re-Flash operation will not disturb any parameters which can be written at TML end of line (EOL). 8. If USB with valid flashing file is inserted in Ignition ON, IC will detect the file and show a Popup “Switch OFF the Ignition to initiate flashing” for 10 Sec (Calibratable). If user made Ignition OFF then flashing procedure will be initiated else IC will ignore the file & come back to normal behaviour. Step 3: Flashing Check: Verify the Odometer Value in the IC. I.e. Odometer value shall be same as noted in Step 1. Also, check the Telltale configuration as per respective VCs. Step 4: DTCs Check (Using TDS Tool):
