Author: ERC Page: 108 of 244 Normal Operating Condition Co-Driver Side Air Temperature Drive Motor is moving according to the input Probable Trouble Area Motor is stuck because of a mechanical block or obstruction in movement of flap Healing Condition NA Component Details: The actuator controls the position of the temperature blend door based on the voltage signal from the FATC module. Potentiometer, inside the actuator, sends a feedback signal to the controller and controller cuts off the voltage signal coming from the controller when the required door position is achieved. Preliminary Checks: Switch On the IGN & perform the following check. 1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code 2) If the fault code exists, refer the Trouble Shooting.
