Author: ERC Page: 150 of 244 DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer. a) Co-Driver side temperature shall be changing when requested. Circuit Schematic Diagram:- “Refer the circuit schematics from the tool” Component Location & Image:- Is DTC Present? Check for Co-Driver side Air Temperature Down Button Request functionality. Check the Co-Driver side Air Temperature functionality by pressing Co-Driver side Air Temperature Down Button Is Co-Driver side Air Temperature Down Button stucked? Check and lubricate switch if still the CoDriver side Air Temperature Down Button is stuck then replace control panel. Clear the DTC from the ECU memory. Turn Ignition OFF & ON. Check the temperature changing by pressing Co-Driver side Air Temperature Down Button Stop Stop YES NO YES NO
