Fault Effect (On Vehicle) Vehicle cannot be driven. Lamp Status (If Any) HV Critical lamp on cluster glows DTC Trigger Condition This DTC gets logged if the temperature of the motor temperature is above 140°C. Probable Trouble Area  Pressure drop in cooling system is more.  Coolant is in bad condition i.e. the ratio of water and glycol is notmaintained (50:50).  Flow rate of the coolant is not maintained desired limit i.e. 8 to 12LPM.  Traction Coolant line Leakage.  Low Coolant level  High Coolant temperature  Vehicle is overloaded  Losses in motor increases due to degradation  Motor winding gets short circuited Healing Condition Ignition Reset Write up for the system:- E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear- Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and converts that electric power into kinetic energy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vehicle kinetic energy convert in to electric energy.
