Fault Effect (On Vehicle) Vehicle goes from D-N Mode and Vehicle Can’t be Cranked Lamp Status (If Any) HV Critical lamp on cluster glows DTC Trigger Condition This DTC gets logged if the HVDC bus supply to the E-drive is less than 260V Probable Trouble Area Under voltage: Without discharge command system voltage goes below 250V. DC capacitor is faulty. Loose connection in PDU or at E-drive terminals. Battery malfunctioning. External power failure/Internal voltage detection circuit failure. Battery contactors gets open during running condition Healing Condition Ignition Reset Write up for the system:- E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convert that electric power into kinetic energy which helps to rotate the vehicle.
