P306A - 13 :- BMS_HVILAlarm discharging first level alarm Overview: ISO Code P306A - 13 Customer Symptom Vehicle cannot be cranked Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Battery will be disconnected Lamp Status (If Any) Tortoise Lamp with Limited perfromance Fault occurrence scenario (In the order of probability) All vehicle scenarios Normal Operating Condition No fault Probable Trouble Area Internal to battery pack Software bug in VCU Any of the HV aggregates Healing Condition Vehicle IGN Reset once HVIL loop is stablized System Details: VCU generates and monitor the HVIL which is external to battery pack. Preliminary Checks: 1) Check all the HV connectors. 2) Ensure the vehicle is parked and not in charging 3) Ensure that the vehicle is in ignition ON condition Inspection Method: Connect the tool and communicate to the battery pack as instructed through APPENDIX-C Read DTC information of DTC ID – P306A - 13 Rectification Action: 1) If DTC is appearing in real time, clear DTC information through service tool 2) If DTC is not appearing in real-time but has only occurred before, store the snapshot data. store the snapshot data. 3) Clear the DTC information on the respective DTC ID. DTC’s confirmation: After clearing, ensure the following points by referring to BMS DTC list. 1) Read DTC ID – P306A - 13 for the existence of DTC information. 2) If DTC still exists, reflash the battery pack using the service tool with the latest release SW available in PLM database. 3) Read DTC ID – P306A - 13 or the existence of DTC information post flashing. 4) If DTC still exists, the HV battery pack component has to be replaced as instructed by the respective ECU replacement guide Component Location & Image;Connector Location; Connector View & Information: - APPENDIX-A
