Confirm the time required for profile updation. It is usually 2 hrs & 30 minutes during office time after the e-mail is sent. e. Once the profile is updated, iRAsupport will inform the dealer. IMPORTANT NOTE: In case the information is conveyed beyond office hours / weekends, the profile will be updated on next working day. 2. After iRA support confirms the profile update, reconnect the Service tool, scan the vehicle again, select the option TCM, go to Vehicle Parameters tab and read the provision status. The provision state should be “Provisioned”. 3. Sometimes, if the TCM may show in Provisioned state immediately after the Certificate writing. This is alright & no cause of concern. You may clear the vehicle and proceed for KYC submission as per process given in below sections.
