Please refer the “e-SIM_activation_&_Online_KYC_Process” document for step by step process. 3. Once the KYC is completed and SIM services are activated, the customer will be able to use the connected car services through his mobile APP. 4. In case the problem persists, please call the Tata Motors Connected Car helpdesk and raise a ticket. Re-flashing the Telematics Control Module using FOTA 1. In case the TCM requires a software update or re-flashing, this can be done only through FOTA process. 2. The FOTA process is defined in separate FOTA flashing document and steps to be followed as prescribed in the document. 3. FOTA process requires co-ordination with Connected Car Tele-support (Tata Motors service Call Center). The service personnel are requested to contact them for support.
