P30BA - 68 :- BMS HW Condition meets the Crash - Event Information Overview: ISO Code P30BA - 68 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effects (On Vehicle) NA Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault occurrence scenario (In the order of probability) Vehicle meet the crash Normal Operating Condition NA Probable Trouble Area NA Healing Condition NA System Details: BMS detects hardwire condition meets the crash illustrate that the vehicle has meet crash condition and therefore HV contactor are opened for safety purpose without EVCU intervention. Preliminary Checks: 1) Ensure the vehicle is parked and not in charging. 2) Ensure that the vehicle is in ignition ON condition and monitor the DTCs. Inspection Method: Connect the tool and communicate to the battery pack as instructed through APPENDIX-C Read DTC information of DTC ID – P30BA - 68 Rectification Action: 1) If DTC is appearing in real time, clear DTC information through service tool 2) If DTC is not appearing in real-time but has only occurred before, store the snapshot data. store the snapshot data. 3) Clear the DTC information on the respective DTC ID. DTC’s confirmation: After clearing, ensure the following points by referring to BMS DTC list. 1) Read DTC ID – P30BA - 68 for the existence of DTC information. 2) If DTC still exists, re-flash the battery pack using the service tool with the latest release SW available in PLM database. 3) Read DTC ID – P30BA - 68 or the existence of DTC information post flashing. 4) If DTC still exists, the HV battery pack component has to be replaced as instructed by the respective ECU replacement guide Component Location & Image;Connector Location; Connector View & Information: - APPENDIX-A
