Trouble Shooting: - Using TML diagnostic read the following vehicle parameter as follows Vehicle should be in Ignition ON Mode. CAUTION: Ensure vehicle is not in crank state and gear selector is in Neutral position only while accelerator pedal check. 1. Ensure that accelerator pedal is not pressed 2. Read Parameter 342F (Accelerator pedal sensor 2 position) to confirm that value is greater than or equal to 0.15V. 3. Completely press the accelerator pedal and hold. 4. Read Parameter 342F (Accelerator pedal sensor 2 position) to confirm that value is less than or equal to 2.5V. 5. Repeat the process from point 1 to 4 again and then release the pedal. 6. If the parameter value is not in desired operating range, check mounting of accelerator pedal sensor and repeat the check process. 7. If error still exist, change accelerator pedal sensor and check again. DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, read DTC by using TML diagnostic tool and Clear the DTC. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer Circuit Schematic Diagram:
