Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of PDU Check if there is continuity between PDU connector’s (C443) input pin 10, 11 and PDU body Problem is in the PDU. Action: Replace the PDU and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 s2 Remove the PDU side LV connector Check if there is continuity between PDU LV connector Pin C443-10, C443-11 and chassis Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and Go to step 2. Go to Step 3 3 Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors (C443 and C776A) No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 4 4 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between K16,77 Pin No. of VCU and the ground (Chassis). Problem in VCU connector or VCU. (Change VCU connector or VCU) Action: Go to step 5 DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure the following points by referring to VCU DID list using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
