This document must not be used in anyway, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, without the consent of author. 1 Remove the LV connector of PDU Check resistance between PDU connector’s input pin 10, 11 Circuit is open (Infinite resistance). Problem is in the PDU. Action: Replace the PDU and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 4 4 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between K77 Pin No. of VCU and the VCU supply pin Problem in VCU Change VCU DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure the following points by referring to VCU DID list using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Read Parameter ‘PDU +Ve Bus bar temperature’ (DID number: 3426) and check if busbar temperature value is within the operating range. If vehicle is stationary, the parameter value may be comparable with ambient temperature in Deg C.
