Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Check for DTC related to power distribution unit: positive thermistor Check for any DTC related to positive thermistor apart from P3008:4B Check other DTCs Action: Go to step 1 2 Check for proper fitment of HV connectors of all component PDU side HV connector or other HV component side HV connectors loose connected Problem is in the HV wiring harness. Action: Try connecting HV connectors properly, if damaged HV cable should be replaced. Go to Step 2 3 Check for negative thermistor DTC Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and Go to step 2. Go to Step 3 3 Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 4 4 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to Step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between K16,77 Pin No. of VCU and the VCU supply pin Problem in VCU connector or VCU. (Change VCU connector or VCU) Action: Go to step 5 DTC’s confirmation: -
