Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Check for DTC related to power distribution unit: Negative thermistor Check for any DTC related to Negative thermistor apart from P3009:4B Check other DTCs Action: Go to step 1 2 Check for proper fitment of HV connectors of all component PDU side HV connector or other HV component side HV connectors loose connected Problem is in the HV wiring harness. Action: Try connecting HV connectors properly, if damaged HV cable should be replaced. Go to Step 2 3 Check for negative thermistor DTC Problem is in the wiring or the connector Action: Replace the LV connector/wiring and Go to step 2. Go to Step 3 3 Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors No problem in the wiring between the PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 4 DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, ensure the following points by referring to VCU DID list using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Read Parameter ‘PDU -Ve Bus bar temperature’ (DID number: 3427) and check if busbar temperature value is within the operating range. If vehicle is stationary, the parameter value may be comparable with ambient temperature in Deg C.
