Remove the LV connector of Solenoid Check if the continuity exists between Sole connector’s input pin 1 and 6 (supply and LSD pin on component side) Go to step 2 Problem is in the Solenoid. Action: Replace the Solenoid and Go to step 1. 2. Remove VCU side and Solenoid side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between these connectors No problem in the wiring between the Solenoid connector and VCU connector. Go to step 3 Problem is in wiring harness between PDU and VCU Action: replace WH 3. If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between consecutive connectors No problem in wiring between the inline connectors Go to step 4 Problem is in wiring harness between PDU and VCU Action: replace WH 4. Observe the pin on the VCU side Check for C776B -A23 pin backout on the VECU side Action: Replace the VCU and go to step 4 Problem is in wiring harness between PDU and VCU Action: replace WH DTC’s confirmation: - After rectification, send Clear the DTC command by using TML diagnostic tool. Ensure no DTC is in defect/ confirmed state before handing over to customer.
