P302B-13: - DC Charging Contactor Negative Coil Low Side activation line - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P302B - 13 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is glowing on the cluster. Fast charging is disabled. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Fast charging is disabled. Slow charging will take place to charge HV battery. Lamp Status (If Any) HV Critical Alert Tell-tale Indication glows on the cluster Vehicle charging symbol ( ) is not seen when Fast charging gun is plugged in vehicle charging inlet socket. Fault Detection Condition Open Circuit at DC Charging Contactor Negative Coil VCU pin. Normal Operating Condition DC charging negative contactor is open or close as VCU command. Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness PDU LV connector Powertrain VCU connector Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. However, cluster indication will be ON till one drive cycle of vehicle, until DTC is cleared using tester tool. Component Details: VCU commands DC charging negative contactor to open or close as per the DC fast charging operations. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check for loose connection of LV wiring harness between VCU and PDU LV connector
