Check for damage to LV wiring harness connections between VCU and PDU LV connector 3. Visually inspect PDU for damage Trouble Shooting: - 1. Remove the LV battery connections. Step No. Description Check point If Yes If No 1 Remove the LV connector of PDU Check continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of PDU LV connector Pin 1 and 2 Problem is in the PDU. Action: Replace PDU and Go to step 1. Go to Step 2 2 Remove VCU side and PDU side LV connectors Check if there is continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of harness side connector Problem in the wiring between PDU connector and VCU connector. Go to Step 3 3 If there are any inline connectors, remove each of them Check if there is continuity between supply pin and LSD pin of consecutive connectors Problem in wiring between the inline connectors Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 3 Go to Step 4 4 Check if power supply pin short with DC charging contactor enable pin Check if there is continuity between VCU supply and LSD pin in harness side VCU connector Problem is in VCU side LV wiring harness connector Action: change LV wiring harness connector and repeat step 4 Go to step 5 5 Remove the VCU connector. Check if there is a continuity between A24 Pin No. of VCU and the VCU supply pin Problem in VCU connector. Change VCU connector Action: Go to step 5
