P302C-13: - DC Charging Contactor Positive Coil Low Side activation line - circuit open Overview: ISO Code P302C- 13 Customer Symptom HV Critical Alert Tell-tale is glowing on the cluster. DC Fast charging does not take place Fault Effects (On Vehicle) The vehicle is drivable and slow charging is possible but DC fast charging will not take place if this defect is active. DC Fast Charging negative contactor is always open even after close command given from VCU. Lamp Status (If Any) HV Critical Alert Tell-tale Indication glows on the cluster Vehicle charging symbol ( ) is not seen when Fast charging gun is plugged in vehicle charging inlet socket. Fault Detection Condition Open Circuit at DC Charging Contactor Positive Coil VCU pin. Normal Operating Condition DC charging positive contactor is open or close as VCU command. Probable Trouble Area LV wiring Harness PDU LV connector Powertrain VCU connector Healing Condition If DTC trigger condition is healed, DTC is present only in memory. However, cluster indication will be ON till one drive cycle of vehicle, until DTC is cleared using tester tool.
